Netresec require advance payment for all purchases. Payments can be made via international bank transfer with IBAN / SWIFT or with credit card.
An ordered product will be sent as express post no later than 5 business days after the payment has been received in full.
Delivery times vary depending on destination; shipments to within the EU take 3 days or less, while shipments to the US might take up to 4 days.
All our international shipments can be tracked via an online service.
If your product arrives damaged you can return it to us stating what the problem is and if you would like a replacement or a refund. We will refund the cost of sending it back to us, provided there was an error on our part. Refund requests must be sent to Netresec within 180 days of making your payment.
Note: Netresec only sell to companies and organizations (i.e. not private consumers), whereby European laws regarding cooling-off periods are not applicable.
Fees are non-refundable from when two weeks or less remain until the training starts. Registrants who must cancel can substitute another person free of charge by sending details for the substitution in an email to info@netresec.com at least one week ahead of the first training day. Paid registrants who cancel and do not substitute another person will receive a refund less a $100 USD processing fee, if the cancellation request is submitted to info@netresec.com at least two weeks ahead of the first training day. If the cancellation is not carried out properly, the right to the refund of the participation fee will be forfeited.
Our training events require a minimum of 5 participants. Should this number not be reached for a training, we reserve the right to cancel the training. In this case, the registration fee will be reimbursed in full to the participants.
